    The CD single includes the title track “Lozin’ Must” from the “For Monkeys” album as well as two b-sides from the album’s recording sessions, “Israelites” and “Vixen”. These two tracks were re-released in 1999 on the compilation album The Melancholy Collection. The U.S. version of “Lozin’ Must” released by Epitaph also includes a remix of “The Story of My Life”, a song from the album Life on a Plate wich had previously been released as a single.<\/p>\n

    An accompanying music video for “Lozin’ Must” was also filmed and released.<\/p>\n

    In Australia the song “Twenty Two” was released in place of “Lozin’ Must” at the insistence of Shock Records, over concerns that “Lozin’ Must” contained profanity (“We had some fucked up years”).<\/p>\n

    As for the song “Israelites” it was written by Desmond Dekker and Leslie Kong and became a hit for Dekker’s group, Desmond Dekker & The Aces, peaking in 1969.  The single was the first UK reggae number one single in the UK singles chart and among the first to reach the US top ten (peaking at 9th).<\/p>\n
