Information:

Promotional cassette first released in the US around the same time as Life on a Plate and later, also in the US, as a promotional cassette after the full length record had been released.

Curiously the three tracks has lyrics written by three different writers; Kristofer Åström (Olympic), Nikola (Killercrush) and Mathias (Buzzer).

(Kristofer is among other things known from being the guitarist and vocalist of Swedish band Fireside.)

All three tracks is taken from the Life on a Plate recordings (and was also released on Life on a Plate).
